Bojangles - Suffolk

This has got to be the BEST fast food chicken franchise I have ever dined at!???? Unfortunately, this franchise is only available in the southern states.???? ?The chicken was freshly cooked, tangy but not spicy, crispy but not crunchy. ???????? ?The sides were absolutely delicious! Mashed potatoes/gravy, grn beans, mac n cheese, biscuits, coleslaw...???????? ?For family meal orders, they even give you a half gallon of sweet tea?, which was very refreshing????...not too sweet, not too watery...perfect!???? Maybe it was the location but to me, Popeye's, Chic fa Lae, KFC...have nuthn on Bojangles! ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Employees are friendly. The food is good. Chicken tenders were a bit crunchy on the outside but juicy on the inside. However, my mashed potatoes were barely warm. ???? Clean facility. I'll be back.

This location deserve no stars and the health dept need to shut it down! I went there yesterday and ordered in drive thru when I pulled up to that window all I could see was nastiest there was not a spot on the floor that wasn?t covered in trash or food and something wet! The young lady at the window was nice however she dropped something from her hair into the ice and by reflex she automatically put her hands in the ice to pick it out and turned and looked directly at me too see if I saw her and the look of disgust I gave her before I pulled off told her exactly what I was thinking !! I would strongly advice nobody to eat here not even feed it too ur pets !! This place need to be shut down and super deep cleaned and replaced with cleaner employees!!

Stopped coming here when 2 to 3 days in a row they had no chicken at all. Came back here today they finally have chicken. We ordered a 12 piece family box. Asked for gravy she gave us a 1/4 cup gravy ...so hard to ask her for anything. I asked for honey and she gave 3 pcs honey. Customer service a 2. She sounded like she just didn't wanna be there at all, which was fine but at least give me more gravy or offer for one we can pay for additional price and extra honey. 3pcs? Do the math. Edited: Just ate the chicken straight after leaving the drive through. Chicken was stale. The skin was hot but as you bite into the skin it's like rubbery?? If that's makes sense ...

We come to Bojangles every time we come down south and my experience at this one was excellent. We came here after another one we went to had closed the dining room? The woman at the counter (Alandra) was so nice. We took forever and were confused when ordering but she was patient and kind to us. They brought our food over to our table of course, everything was fantastic.
