If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My mom and I went through the drive thru and it was an absolute disaster. We ordered two coffees, two sides of snacking bacon, and a ten count of munchkins. The girl over the intercom said “we don’t have any of the pumpkin munchkins today” so we ordered cinnamon and blueberry ones instead. So when we got to the window, there was a teenage boy who was confused and asked us what our order was and my mom told him what we had ordered. We were patient and nice to him in spite of having to remind him of stuff we were missing twice and got our order and drove into the parking lot. When we checked our bag, one of the bags of bacon they gave us had one square inch of bacon in it. And the other one was half empty. $7 worth of bacon and it probably equated to one bacon strip altogether. Then the bag of munchkins we got had powdered munchkins (not what we ordered) and pumpkin munchkins (which the girl had just claimed they were out of). The munchkins also tasted very stale. The coffee I got was bitter and genuinely tasted bad, although I usually love Dunkin coffee at other Dunkin locations. We pulled back through the drive thru and a different girl was standing at the window and was rather dismissive of us and said “well I didn’t make that, and next time you should ask for extra sugar if you want it to be sweet”, which may be fair based on what I ordered, but the quality outside of the sweetness was also not there and her tone was not very professional or kind. The girl was nice enough to make me a different coffee to make up for the one that was bad, but this one tasted like she dumped a ton of sugar in it to make up for the last one having NO sugar in it. This place is a joke. $22 worth of food that was worth approximately $0. Don’t waste your time or money.
I drive 20 mins out of the way several times a week to come to this Dunkin. Everything is always made with consistency and care. The staff are always smiling and friendly. They have never gotten my orders wrong and my orders are always large orders. After being disrespected and mistreated by the store manager of the Dunkin on Godwin Blvd in Suffolk for asking him to remake a frozen cappuccino because HE made it incorrectly, I decided to try this Dunkin. I’m glad that I did because everything is always made the same and always correct.
Management needs to get their stuff together.fiance had allergic reaction due to substituted cheese on w.u.w. ... no yellow cheese. out of stock day after truck arrived. it was never ordered they say.ordered a hazelnut iced, got raspberry ?no chorizo egg wrap, just chicken. they never ordered the chorizo wraps... ?. this is the worse managed dunkin in suffolk.lucky it's not a lawsuit. if you substitute one product for another, ALERT THE CUSTOMER . don't change it to something else and run THIS EXACT RISK... it's a prime location, but horribly managed. always out of everything. if you know it's a weekly problem, ORDER MORE!!
Just about everytime I stop here no matter the day or time the attitude and the availability of is all the same. As is the selection. .the best solution is to have a Krispy Kreme shop open. Then you would have something worth stopping in for. And. As unfortunate as it is another dunkin doughnuts is about to open in franklin. And I will not waste anytime or money
