Pizza Hut - Suffolk

Chris delivered our food promptly and in an organized manner. We ordered 4 pizzas and wings, all of which had the correct toppings with no mistakes. The food was delivered hot and fresh. Additionally, Chris remembered to bring all the necessary condiments such as ranch dressing, blue cheese, parmesan cheese, crushed peppers, along with napkins and plates. He was also extremely friendly and patient. Overall, a great experience with excellent service.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. The first time I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but the second time confirmed that the pizza is terrible.

Pizza Hut is no longer what it used to be. It was once known for being the best pizza around, but now it is overpriced and not very good.

After specifically requesting a 5:30 pm delivery, the pizza was delivered at 6:25 pm. The DoorDash driver called me because there was confusion about another driver supposedly delivering my order, which was not the case. She made sure that I received my pizza. However, when the pizza arrived, it was not what we had ordered. Despite this, we decided to eat it as it was late and we were hungry. The driver also mentioned that the store was very disorganized and that many other drivers were experiencing similar issues. This is not the first time such a mistake has occurred with this store, and it will definitely be the last.

My pizza and pasta came with hair in it and the pasta was over cooked
