Sweet Frog - Suffolk

I take my kids here regularly. It?s a great place to stop for a quick treat. It?s always clean and well stocked on the toppings. I do wish it were a bit bigger inside because when it?s busy, it?s hard to navigate. Other than that, it?s a cute little place to stop in.

I went in here with my daughter, i had gotten off early and just wanted to do a mommy daughter date. Robin who was checking me out as i was standing there in tears trying to figure out why on earth my card declined when i was just checking the account this morning and she came out and paid for my daughters icecream. Robin your amazing and I WILL NEVER forget what you did for me that day. We need more people in this world like you!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service but they don't have the dividers or irl stamps anymore.

This place is decent. There was one Asian girl who was so rude though. They are always busy, but yogurt was good.

Excellent froyo choices and excellent topping choices. With that being said, when paying for my items, I do not like the idea of the point of sale system asking for/recommending a tip the only thing that the employee(s) did was just stand there and stare at me. This place is pricey as it is. UPDATE ? 8/28/22 To the owner, thank you for the response. I know tipping is an option but why even offer this option when the only thing that your employee did was ring me up, something we all do for ourselves at Walmart, there was no service provided. Waiters, waitresses, bartenders, baristas, valets, porters, etc... they provide a service.
