Sweet Frog Suffolk Main Street

The frozen yogurt here is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I really enjoy the Christian music they play. I only rated it 4 stars because I'm disappointed by the limited coupon options. After 10 visits, I had a filled punch card but could only redeem $3 off a small frozen yogurt. It's a bit frustrating because while the punch card states "free yogurt not to exceed $3," it's in such small print that it's easy to overlook it, especially with the word "free" in large, bold letters.

I absolutely loved the frozen yogurt and all the topping options available! The customer service was truly outstanding as well. I was especially impressed by cashier Juliet, who went above and beyond and showed such kindness—she is one of the nicest people I've encountered in a customer service role!

If every Sweet Frog location is hosting an event except for yours, it does raise some questions. Additionally, it would be helpful to inform customers about this before they go to pay. Another suggestion is to allow customers to provide a phone number for rewards. The responses from the staff indicated a lack of concern, which was disappointing.

The frozen yogurt is fantastic!!! My only complaint is that they don't offer a tart flavor, which is my favorite. I went with a group of teenagers and some 9 and 10-year-olds, making for an entertaining visit as always. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you have a great variety of toppings! Thank you!

My granddaughter loved it, and that's what really matters to me—her happiness makes me happy. It's a great place for kids to enjoy.
