Mcdonald's - Sugar Land

I placed an online order and it turned out that half the food was not something she actually served. I didn't think it was a big deal, but the manager was SUPER apologetic and extremely nice! Great service!

This McDonald almost always has a line, but not because they are inefficient. This is a very high volume store. The food was consistently good and the orders are always correct. It is our favorite place for an ice cone on a hot summer day. Very friendly staff.

Nice location! No long line inside nor in the drive-thru on the day that I visited. And I received my order quickly. Nice staff and polite.
