HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If not yo watch the game, service trash, food trash, manager super trash! If you like1/2 cooked chicken by all means go here. The service was trash from the front door lol.

The service in this place is total ****. We sat at the bar and the bartender asked us nicely to move to the dining area since he was really busy, a young lady sat us and said she'd be right with us. 20 minutes go by and after seeing her shake her behind and mess around with her coworkers I raised my voice for help , she then said that her area was closed for us to move to the bar even after being told she would help us. We just decided to leave after that.

Went with my family and we were seated pretty quickly. Waited for about 30 minutes for someone just to come around to offer us drinks. Other people were seated after us and received faster service. Then our order was placed and waited a lot more time for waiter to come back just to tell us there was a mixup and had to retake our orders. Seems like we were waiting 30 minutes each time. Then only one order came and wings were so dry. We were missing 2 wings from that one order as well. We ended up canceling the rest of the food and left. We should've left sooner, but we still tried to be fairly patient. Terrible service and will not be returning.

Slow service and unfriendly customer service I try to give this store chances to redeem themselves but it seems they can't get it together

I had a late lunch with a friend here this week. Wings were hot and lots of sauce. We got our favorite flavors, Parmesan garlic and Asian zing. Delicious! A couple things I would change: they were fried a bit too crisp. But yummy sauce kept them from being dry. Second thing: the celery didn't look fresh cut. We both enjoy celery, so that was disappointing. Lastly, the service started out ok, but then we had to go find someone to get more tea, the check, etc. To be fair, we were there after the lunch crowd when not much was going on. All in all, we enjoyed our visit and food, but a few small changes would help a lot.
