Firehouse Subs - Suite

After ordering 5 sandwiches, pay and donate to the store. I opened one to see the bread a quarter of the size of the rest. Like it was made for a toddler. I called and the guy said: I'm sorry how the bread was cut, his was long Saturday, so my guys probably cut it short by chance, apology have a good night?. Back to JJ?s!

Good food and the staff is the best! They got the sandwich making business down.

We tried it for the first time tonight. The BEST hot subs we've ever had. They'll be seeing us often :

Customer service at this location misses the mark. The employees are more interested in jacking around with each other than working. They act as if they?re unsupervised kids and I?m not really sure how else to explain it. A female employee repeatedly told a male employee ?you?re making me uncomfortable?. Big changes from management are needed?

3/18/2021 I tried calling to place an order from 4pm until 5:30, no one would answer the phone. I arrived there in person to find six people working behind the counter. When one of them finally came to the counter to take my order I asked if their phones were working as I had been trying to call for 1 1/2 hours. He ignored the question and said I'm sorry you couldn't get through can I take your order. I said it wasn't because I could not get through the phone rang and rang you all did not answer. I ordered a kids grilled cheese, a club on a sub and a firehouse salad with grilled chicken. once I got home my grand daughter went to eat her grilled cheese and basically the bread was toasted but the butter and cheese were just slapped on there, not even the butter melted. I have pictures I would love to show the manager or owner. The salad had no cucumbers or peppers in it as the menu states it does and as for the chicken (ha) its safer to say I got a tossed salad. The club sub was excellent as that is what I always get and I was not disappointed in it. I go here several times a month, what is happening that the service and quality of food are going downhill? Not at all happy with Firehouse Subs in Burleson!
