I should note that I am pregnant and quite hungry, so I called the restaurant to see if they could help resolve the issue. To my surprise, it felt like I was the one trying to make things right, rather than the staff. The person I spoke with insisted she couldn't assist because the kitchen was closed and all the chefs had gone home, but according to the GrubHub app, they were scheduled to close at 11:43 p.m. I placed my order well before that time. I am truly shocked by the poor customer service and the evident miscommunication.

We ordered Hennessy wings and a loaded baked potato, but the experience was disappointing. The wings were unacceptable, with hair in them—it was quite unpleasant. The baked potato, while massive, had poorly mixed toppings, with burnt cheese and an overwhelming amount of ingredients. To top it off, the prices on the menu did not match what we were charged, and we ended up spending over $60 for a meal that was not worth it. We had high hopes, but I'd recommend going to Suburban Seafood on Marlboro Pike instead.

This restaurant should really consider closing for good. I placed an order through Uber Eats and didn’t receive my main side of corn. The hush puppies were completely burnt, and my drink was missing as well. I ordered the rice bowl, which was supposed to come with chicken, rice, and broccoli. It not only looked unappetizing, but it also tasted terrible. I don't know who is cooking there, but as someone from the South, we would be appalled if someone tried to serve this kind of food. No way.
