Rich's Famous Burgers Sullivan

Megan was our server Friday 11/10/2023. Excellent, friendly, fast very pleasant. We came back Saturday again excellent. However there was a table next to us that, to say the least, should’ve stayed home. Bunch of rude

Food was fantastic, as I remember Rich's being. Staff was friendly, wait wasn't overly long. Can highly recommend the Jam Burger- it might sound odd, but tastes pretty good.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games for the kids to keep occupied with.

First time, last time. Pay attention to all the reviews saying “slow service” because that it a fact. We ordered to go. The gentleman before us waited an hour for his to go order. We waited 45 minutes. We were told the manager forgot he was to start work at 11am rather than 1pm. Really?!?! Burger was saturated in mayo. Fries were cold and onion rings were burnt. Lastly, you can reply to all these comments, saying you’ll do better. Seems like you are over promising and under delivering. Best of luck to your establishment.

We enjoyed the Jam Burger with fries. Delicious burger! I requested jam on the side and lettuce instead of bread. No problem! We have visited the St. James location and were aware of the great burger. Sullivan is a good location to stop at on our way to Montauk State Park. We were able to park our small RV with ease. Definitely stopping here again!

I was coming back from Onondaga State Park and stopped in. Alyssa was my server. She is great. I tried the burger that had peanut butter and spicy jam. It was yummy. It's definitely a great place for a burger.
