Mcdonald's - Sully Station

Has this location closed permanently? 12-28-23. Got there and some random guy said they closed last month.

Ordered 1 apple pie at 5 pm Got it half cold at 5:30. Went to the bathroom in my half hour, womens toilet broken with piles of poop in it, mens toilet covered in pee. It is McDonald's But this is one for the books!??

I had ordered food through Uber Eats and when he handed me my order, he had packed the food and beverage together. I was unaware that the drinks were inside the bag, so I returned to ask him about it. When I brought it up, he became angry and nearly got into a physical altercation with me. He even threatened to call the police. I informed him that I had done nothing wrong and if he felt the need to involve the authorities for no reason, he should go ahead. Ultimately, he did not call the police and instead replaced the items in a new bag for me. I noticed that he did not have a name tag, but I feel it is important to inform the manager of this incident. I believe it is necessary for the employees to be properly trained and taught how to treat customers with respect. Nobody should be treated poorly at a restaurant, as customers are paying for their meals. Thank you.
