Fireside Bbq - Sulphur Springs

My wife and I dine here frequently because we really enjoy the food. We were so impressed that we asked the owner, Glen, if he would be willing to cater our wedding for 100 guests. He agreed, and he exceeded our expectations! As someone who cooks a lot, I know how challenging that task was, but he absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend him!

First time here and........ brisket sandwiches were amazing! Potato salad was on point, and the spicy corn was very good! I will be back!

Was everything I expected and more. Brisket melts in the mouth, pulled pork and sausage were amazing as well. The spicy corn was to die for as well

We were traveling from Nashville to San Antonio and decided to stop here for lunch, and we're so glad we did! Although they had a limited menu because of the holiday, it didn't affect our experience at all—the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were incredible! The owner was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to visit along our route. We definitely plan to stop by again on our next trip!

My wife and I visited this restaurant on the afternoon of Thursday, October 4, 2023, around 2:30 PM. We ordered a two-meat plate with corn and potato salad, and both sides were absolutely delicious. The brisket and pulled pork were particularly outstanding. The two-meat plate costs $16. We also tried the stuffed jalapeños, which are wrapped in bacon and filled with hamburger, cheese, and a variety of tasty ingredients. Just a heads up: they don't have public restrooms, but there's a gas station less than a tenth of a mile away.
