Wendy's - Sulphur

The service was moderate, and my chicken sandwich was definitely not fresh. The bread was hard and chewing as if it was cooked and sitting in warmer for hours. Four stars only give because this was the first time that I experienced this at every Wendy's location, and I usually enjoy their spicy chicken sandwiches. But not this time.

Great experience. Computers had a bit of trouble while taking my order but they remained efficient and effective. Food was delicious and I even got a free small frosty!

There's no need to visit a big chain like Wendy's because I already know what to expect from their food. This location is one of the better-run Wendy's I've been to. However, when I visited recently, the service seemed slower than I'm used to. I was expecting my order to be ready at the window before I even arrived, but that didn't happen this time. I don't want to complain too much though. I did notice that the portions of chili seem smaller than they used to be; is that just my imagination?

The food was served hot and the service was excellent. I will definitely return soon!
