Sam's St Johns Seafood/crystal River Seafood

It is unfortunate that the restaurant had to leave its location due to the high rent increase by the landlord. The restaurant will be greatly missed.

As of March 2023, the Summerfield branch of Sam's St Johns Seafood has closed down, but other locations in Florida are still open. I will miss the Ipswich whole belly clams on Fridays. Now I'll have to drive to satisfy my craving for fried clams and oysters.

The seafood at this restaurant is top-notch, and the fried green tomatoes are the best I've ever had. I've never had a bad meal here. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a lunch outing. The price per person is typically between $10 and $20. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
