Harry was very knowledgeable about the wine and his daughter went above and beyond to provide a delicious meal for the group. The food was well-prepared and delicious, making it a great place to spend a few hours.
We had a fantastic experience at Evolve Cellars after they opened up. We were already aware of the incredible views from the terrace, which is a great spot to enjoy. We tried a few appetizers including hummus, crab rillette, and corn salsa, all of which were incredibly delicious, with the crab prawn being the standout. We also had a main course that made me smile from the first bite, I was so happy. I can't wait to go back and try more items from the menu, as there are many things that caught my eye. The prices were reasonable and the staff was lovely.
On Saturday, June 6th, I had lunch with friends at Elevation Eatery. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was friendly, and the food was excellent. The parking lot was a bit crowded and limited, but it was still worth the trip. Chef Kaila has put together a diverse lunch menu that includes delicious tuna options. The salads were fresh and locally sourced, and the cheese plate had a great variety. The food presentation was top-notch, including the French press coffee served in a porcelain pot with milk. The wine selection was lacking, but the restaurant should consider adding more options. Overall, Elevation Eatery is a great choice for a tasty meal with a fantastic view. Louise Miles, Kelowna, BC.
Chef kaila class of master chef kanada season 1 has just opened a wonderful new restaurant in the new winery evolve cellars in summerland, bc (former bonitas weingut). the location is excellent, especially on the terrace overlooking the weinberg and the lake that they literally are. sit under the grapes, with the most breathtaking, peaceful and private sea views. and what could be better than slipping a wein slushie out under a sunshade in warm okanagan sunshine! we had the braided short rib sandwich grilled to perfection, served with a fantastic raised salad (this surpassed my long-term favorite short rib sandwich at the cactus club). we also enjoyed the weekly Saturday special: prawn tagliatelle. we look forward to returning to this fabulous restaurant again and again. it is an hour drive for us (below one of the most beautiful seafarers in the world! and this lunch here feels like we had been in a sublime holiday. I'm planning my return visit with the bubbelly flight of 3 sparkling weeping. aahhhh! and after lunch they can go through the weinberg to the lake!
