Starlite Diner - Summerside

I used to go to the Starlite Diner on family trips when I was much younger and it was always great food and a cool atmosphere.

Very slow service but the food was good. The hours are short. They need more staff. With all the motels close by, they need to open for breakfast before 9. However, it is the cutest little place.

This is a lively, nostalgic diner with delicious food and fantastic friendly service. A group of seven of us went for lunch and our server, Darien, was incredibly charming, accommodating, and efficient! We ordered a variety of dishes including hot dogs, burgers, salads, fish, soup, milkshakes, and more. Everyone loved their meals. This restaurant has a happy atmosphere. And I can't forget to mention how great Darien's service was! You won't be let down dining here.

Seafood chowder is superb! This place was recommended by front desk manager, at our hotel. Tired and hungry, looking for something easy. Starlite Diner was perfect! Food delicious, easy... as the word 'diner' would indicate, nothing pretentious . Server was friendly, food quality and quantity excellent. Place is decorated in early 60's decor, fun, easy atmosphere. Would I go back? Absolutely. Recommend? Without question.
