Little Caesars Pizza - Summersville

Hands down the best LC there is. The staff is amazing!

This used to be a great place for a quick stop to get a good pizza. While the pizza is still great, the service is missing as late. I can never wait for a hot and ready pizza without 15-25 minutes.

Very clean, Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very nice employees and manger. Took my order and was ready in no time. Not to mention I got more fresher food then I would of at pizza hut. 2 large pizza's one a meat lover's with more on it then pizza hut and a supper Supreme with fresh vegetables and meat. 2 order of wings and a order of brownies and a bottle of zesty spice. I'll hit them up for pizza any day any time.

Tried to order a hot n ready at the drive thru.. was told it was a 20 minute wait but I could park. I didn't have that kind of time. Tried again the next week when they werent busy, and it was the same thing. I later ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread online. Arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up...to be told it wasn't ready and to park. Waited 25 more minutes (with others) before getting my food. 45 minutes for a pizza and crazy bread. Now I'm too annoyed to go back. The whole point of little caesars is that it's supposed to be fast. I've never seen a slow one, let alone that slow. It's not hard to figure out. It's fast food.

Well to start of, NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. And order was made yesterday and one pizza was to be without mushrooms due to an allergy. Well we get home and they all had mushrooms. When trying to call and explain what was wrong, management (JEFE) hangs up on us. So tried to call back and was hung up on again. My husband then takes the pizza to get the correct one made. All they did was take the mushrooms off and tell him a new pizza was being made. It still had some found on it. The manager even tried saying they were having issues with the phone but yet calls were still coming in for orders. This is not how a place of business should be and if thats how they fix a problem by just removing what needs off, they need shut down.
