Bojangles - Summerville

I would have given it a five-star but the lady at the window acts like she don't like her job shoving the food in your hand and rushing you through the line

Notoriously terrible in every way from food, timeliness and in customer service. 10:00 today, Sat morning I go through the drive thru for sausage biscuits and the employee tells me that I have to come inside because they have a big order. I couldn 't do that. She says, just come around. I had a BOGO coupon for having filled out the survey of a bad dinner service that I had just 2 days prior. She said they don 't have anything to scan that with. I simply pay for my order. She gives me my card and order. I asked for a receipt.....she says they are out of receipt paper and honeyWhat 's going on? Some higher up needs to intervene. I enjoy this chain and it is close to my home. Summerville deserves better!

I love their southern fried chicken !!!! The slaw is very tasty ..everything was enjoyable too !!!

Every single time I try to give this bojangles a chance it sucks. Go spend your money other places, they never have bo berry biscuits or really anything. Their tea also sucks and is never right.
