Buffalo Wild Wings - Summerville

I have loved BWWs ever since I was in college and wings were $0.25/ea. Over the last year we have given this specific restaurant many many many chances and they have failed every time. The service is horrible. The food is always soggy and cold. And the prices for bar food is mind blowing (but today I guess the new norm). But....Today was the last time here. We ordered to go to try and avoid the in house issues, but it was just worse. We ordered it and it said it would be ready in 45 mins. We got there and waited another hour. Gotta love dinner at 8pm. And then same experiences ...cold, soggy, missing fries,and what was even more annoying was that we paid extra for ranch and each one comes 1/8th full. Sucks. And never once has anyone shown any remorse, provided any customer service or offered a thing for any of these things bad experiences. I will throw in the towel and spend my $100 a meal somewhere else. It's not worth it here. Go somewhere else!

Really happy about this opening in this neighborhood. They opened very recently; I can tell they're getting the kinks worked out. On to the review of my first visit. The server was friendly and attentive, while acknowledging that the staff are new and are still learning their jobs. The wings weren't very flavorful bland. I'd really like them to taste their own food before sending them to the table. 1 I visited during lunch hour, on a Saturday. Things were really hopping. Unfortunately, my cocktail drink order sat for several minutes before the server was able to pick it up. Additionally, the kitchen was slow in preparing my meal. Maybe a twenty minute wait. Additionally, I ordered a takeout, after my meal. That took only five or ten minutes. (See comment above regarding taste. 1 Overall an ok experience. I'm not worried and expect subsequent visits to be better. I'll wait a month and visit again. Note: I dined in, then ordered out for my dinner meal for later. Thus the price/person is for two meals. UPDATE: I went back tonight, two days later. I was in the mood for a burger. Service and food GREAT. I did a takeout order on wings for a family member, so we'll see what the verdict is on those. For now, revising original rating by +1 based on tonight's personal experience. My guess is when they are not pressed for time in the kitchen, they do better.

I’ve been here several times and always have a great experience. The food always comes out correct and hot. The service has always been excellent as well. It’s one of the better BWW that I have been to. It’s a chill spot if you’re in the area and want some good drinks and decent food.

I will NOT be going back to this one! My salad was supposed to be a grilled chicken ceasar I had just one strip of chicken! Had to go back because they forgot the salsa then they didn't have any plastic ware for the salads! They need to refund my entire order!

My husband and I stopped in to this BW3 for a beer and nachos. We ordered the ULTIMATE NACHOS but there was nothing ultimate about them. I took one look at them and asked my husband if they were supposed to come with cheese because there was barely none on our nachos. They were not good at all. The chili tasted like it was from a can, the small amount of cheese was definitly from a can and like the cheese...the crema was barely there. I've had better nachos from a gas station.
