Dunkin' - Summerville

Their donuts are always fresh and delicious. However, the service was quite slow. It seems that customers are not prioritized at all.

I love donuts when they are fresh out of the fryer. The Dunkin' tea is quite good, but I'm not a fan of their coffee.

The staff is fantastic! I really appreciate all the discounts and complimentary drinks they provide each week.

The food and drinks are always great, but the service could be better. The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I've been coming here for nine years, and while I still enjoy the place, I hope they improve the service. Overall, it has potential!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, all thanks to a young man named Tyler who was on staff. He was exceptionally friendly and offered outstanding customer service. I was having a rough morning, but he truly made my day brighter! My food and drink were prepared promptly and to perfection.
