Hardee’s - Summerville

Go there at 130pm Saturday afternoon. Sit in the drive thru for 5 mins no one ever asks for my order. I go inside one sitting on his phone guy in the back steps out and said drive thru is closed. I informed him 5 people were sitting out there also. He stated they need to come inside. So I left not paying for poor service. I am a regular customer on breakfast. The last couple of morning I stop no ice...sad.

Bread was hard and they had none of drink machine worked. Also no tea but got charge for a meal. Had to go to station next store to get a

It's a Hardee's. It's the best one I've been too but one weird thing is the chili cheese fries this is the only Hardee's I have seen it as an option. I've been to this location 3 times the first time I ordered and the cashier asked if I wanted to upgrade to chili cheese fries of course I said yes cause who's gonna say no. Next time I went I specifically asked for them and she said we don't have those so I just said okay then the third time I asked for it again and she looked really confused but asked the manager who didn't look happy to make it. If you're going to offer something have some consistency at least. Other than that they were some of the best chili cheese fries I've had that's why I ordered them 2 more times.

The food was hot fresh. It was made quickly, for a made to order fast food restaurant. The employees were friendly. I will return when I get a chance to.Parking: It 's at a gas station also.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking, by the law, but I don 't think they have a button for the wheelchair occupant to push to get in, which is an unfortunate situation for them.

Service is slow sucks , don’t expect fast food. This last time the employee was sitting in their car with her friend and had to run inside to make my order . Blatantly disrespectful ! They won’t be earning my money anymore . I feel bad for the owner .
