Rommy's Cuisine - Summerville

I had the shrimp and grits with fresh seasonings like onions and green peppers, and it was excellent! This was my first Southern meal since moving here from L.A., and it was served quickly. The shrimp were jumbo, grilled to perfection, and the portions were very generous.

I loved it!!! The oxtail was good the macaroni and fried okra was on point definitely recommend coming back for more

So disappointed in my turkey and Gravy dinner . Turkey was so dry , very hard and tasted old . The Gravy seemed canned and had a funky taste the rice was old and dry . The only good thing was the green beans . Wish o had read the reviews first.

0 stars if I could! Would not recommend eating here, I’ve had better food from military defacs.Ordered the turkey wing meal and got 2 chicken quarters. The rice was supposed to be white rice, got yellow rice. Soul food ?! TUH! The food is disgusting and over priced, I wouldn’t feed it to a dog…sent me to the bathroom immediately after eating! TRASH!

The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. However, the food seemed like it might have been past its prime and was overly seasoned. I hope to see them improve, and our family would be willing to give them another try.
