Sake House Japanese Sushi And Steak House Rì Běn Shòu Sī Ba Hé Niú Pái Guǎn

We had had bad experience here, where to begin? Server did not speak English well, really, everything was confusing. We ordered a large sake, got small, was supposed to be half off and charged us full price. When I questioned it, she charged another wrong price which had to be corrected again. Other than having to get up and go find her cause we had been done and waited about 15 min, she walked in from front door on her phone. Then when we tried to use an Attractions VIP coupon , they wouldn 't accept it. Gave us all sorts of excuses, got another server, manager and called someone to tell me I can 't use it cause we got a half price sushi roll. Coupon says nothing of when it cannot be used except other coupons. The book even says to use this coupon as a gift card. Anyway, too much confusion, food was not worth it either.

Their fried rice was perfect. It wasn't salty at all, like other Japanese restaurants. I tried mochi for the first and it was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great food! I do not eat sushi but my husband and sister in laws say the sushi is really good. The hibatchi is just the perfect amount, no mounds of extra rice to take home. Everything was cooked to perfection and early bird special pricing made it even better!

We four went to this restaurant last Friday night. We were seated after a few minutes and ordered what we wanted. unfortunately, it took around 50-53 minutes for the first order to arrive, and the restaurant was not full. This is after I had to ask multiple times. Worse, we had to re-ask again as they forgot other items we ordered. I noticed that they had only two waitresses and it seemed that only one cook was working on the sushi and rolls. The sushi and rolls were just ok, and the spicy one I had was not spicy at all. The food was very disappointing. This was my second try and I don’t think I will go back there again.

After eating here twice I had to take a few stars off. Our first trip here was really nice we had fast service and good food. My wife got some sushi hibachi and just got hibachi. They brought our food out quickly and it was well prepared. The first trip we were able to take some leftovers home. Our second trip was not so good we waited to be served for almost 15 minuets then we ordered the same as our last meal there and the quality was no where near as good as the first time and they brought everything out almost at the same time, I have never been served my soup at the same time as my meal before. We also found ourselves having to stop on the way home to get ice-cream because we did not get enough to eat. Hopefully they will get it together because it is nice to have a hibachi place so close to us.
