Sanno Grill - Summerville

I ordered hibachi steak with extra mushrooms and extra rice (which is my go-to), but there were no mushrooms at all and definitely not extra rice. My boyfriend always gets hibachi steak, cooked medium well, no veggies, and extra rice, yet what he received looked nothing like what we expected. We should have checked the bag before leaving; it just wasn’t worth the money. After taking a bite, the flavor reminded me of a cheap homemade dish using basic grocery store seasoning packets. We won’t finish it, marking the fourth time we've encountered this. We've dealt with wrong orders, missing veggies (which my boyfriend can’t eat), and overcharges for poor-quality food. Sadly, it seems we won’t be coming back. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed, especially since I was really craving this. To sum it up: the food quality no longer justifies the price, and I’ve had enough of incorrect orders and disappointment.

Not worth over $15 now for a chicken teriyaki with more vegetables than anything in it. Barley any sauce other what was in the in the bottom of the bag and all over the container.

I absolutely loved the deep-fried California Roll II; it was incredibly delicious. We also really enjoyed the hibachi chicken and steak, as well as the hibachi scallops and steak. Everything was just perfect!

I don't recommend anybody ordering from this location. The owner she is very rude I called her to tell her hair was found n my food , and she insisted on arguing with me . I tried to call her business almost everyday last week to make her aware of the hair my husband found in his food and I didn't get an answer . I will continue to take my business to the sannos in goose creek , this place is trash! And I hope soon her business SHUTS DOWN FROM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND AWFUL FOOD. My Own dog wouldn't eat the pos food.

I love going here for sushi and quick hibachi without all the waiting of the larger places. They make a roll called the super Charleston roll. It is my absolute favorite and that one roll is a while meal. Usually fast and friendly service. Only down side is this location is not open on Mondays. I have shown up a few times wanting some sushi and forgot they were closed .
