This by far is the best Domino's we have ever been to. We experienced a traumatic family emergency and were displaced from our family home. During this time financially we were struggling and this Domino's helped my family out with dinner on a few occasions when they absolutely did not have to. The staff there is extremely nice, understanding, and just out of this world compassionate. It was very heartwarming to see an entire store that has employees who actually care. I will always recommend this Domino's to anyone in the area. Great job y'all thank you for being so amazing!
The absolute worst service I have ever received from a dominos pizza, let me explain! I placed my order 20 minutes shy from 2 hours before it actually arrived. When I called to see what was taking so long, they said that they haven't even put it in the oven. While the dominoes app said that it was currently being prepped. When the pizza FINALLY arrived, our 2-liter was forgotten at the store. I called the store and requested a refund for my order from Kaleen, but she insisted that I called corporate instead of being refunded my money because she didn't want to get in trouble. Which doesn't make since to me because she is the manager? 0/10 don't recommend.
The guy who was your cashier tonight 11/04 was not only extremely rude, but even had an earbud in and we had to repeat everything we said. I don’t care what the reason is there is no excuse to be rude and not even listening to customers. You shouldn’t have an earbud in as a cashier and saying “huh?” Or “what?” rudely at people because you can’t hear them because your listening to music. There is no excuse for that. I’ve worked customer service with variety of different people for years now and we know that’s not okay no matter the circumstance. And our food was sitting in the rack and he rudely told us it’s not there so it might not be down with a shrug. A lady he worked with said it should be done soon. It was on the rack the entire time. We were waiting 30 minutes. Order ticket #134. Unacceptable.
