Domino's Pizza - Sumter

We ordered 8 pizzas, wings, salad and 2-two liters. We received everything but the cokes. I called and talked to a team member and was told it would be an hour and our drinks would be delivered. It?s been literally two hours and I can?t get through toanother team member to let them know we still have not received our drinks we paid $6 for! This is the second bad deliveryexperience we?ve had and we won?t be eating with them again!

Needs better management. And what if ur driving, U can't place and order safely right? So a phone call is the next move right... wrong. Waited over 45mins until I hung up the phone. I dunno how yall r still in business oh that's right yall's poor quality ofpizza is half way decent that keeps everyone crawling back.

Pizza was delivered cold, talked to manager and was told next pizza free. That's fine but won't deliver it unless I spend 16.00 beside my free pizza. Lol your pizza isn't that good to drive up for even a dream one. So keep it I won't be back. Heads up everyone

Never once had a good experience at this location. Every single time I ordered pickup the so called tracker would tell me it was ready. When I would get to the store 10 minutes later they would always tell me it wasn't ready yet and I would have to wait an additional 30+ minutes. Tonight when I ordered delivery I was told it would be about 30 minutes. One hour and 20 minutes later we received a call and when I answered they hung up then cancelled our order and would not answer the phone when we called back. Very disappointed.

I usually LOVE dominos but i have never been able to happily order here, no matter how many times ive tried.This specific location has failed us on so so many occasions. Whether the food was made incorrectly, an item was missing, our delivery was almost 2 hours late and cold, them refusing to accommodate, and us having to call corportate for them refusing to refund us, etc.I highly advise against ordering here until something in management changes.
