Papa Johns Pizza - Sumter

The food is delicious, the prices are fair, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and easy to work with.

It took nearly two hours for my food to arrive (on a Monday) and when the delivery driver finally showed up 40 minutes after leaving the restaurant, he only had the side items and not the pizza. I returned the partial order and called the store, but the manager appeared indifferent, made excuses, and claimed it would take 3-5 days to receive a refund. Unfortunately, they have lost a loyal customer. I suggest finding another place to get your pizza from.

By far worst service ever given made the wrong pizza and manager stated that there was nothing she could do to fix the problem. The whole time while she and another employee the guy who made the pizza wrong were laughing along with another customer about the fact they weren't going to correct their mistake. Do not recommend this location due to poor management and customer service skills

If there was something less than a zero, they would've gotten that. Service was awful and food was not up to par. I was not greeted, very little communication coming from employee, looked like they didn't want to be there, 2 pizzas were doughy, 1 pizza was an oval, all pizzas were more like thin crusts than normal hand tossed and the cheese sticks looked rough. Employee placed the order on the counter and walked away. I had to tell them I ordered 8 extra pizza sauce. The other Papa Johns in town seems to be run a lot better. Avoid this one at all costs.

This location has repeatedly canceled orders placed online. All you get is an email that your order is canceled. I have been a fairly regular customer and generous tipper. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Tired of the inconvenience.
