Cassy stepped in to assist the bartender, treating her shift as if she was taking over, but she was just lending a hand. This teamwork allowed the bartender to excel in meeting both staff standards and customer needs. Great job to the bartender! This really speaks to the management and ownership of the restaurant. They clearly know how to take care of both their customers and employees. Thank you for a wonderful experience — I highly recommend it to everyone! We can't wait to return to the city and try the Prime Rib on our next visit.
Willie Sue's was recommended to us by our hotel, and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The menu is extensive, and the bar selection is impressive. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend the grilled salmon. Our server was fantastic—friendly and attentive! Kevin, the manager, also took the time to chat with us, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for a memorable visit!
We visited on Saturday evening. Our waitress was new and very friendly, but a bit inexperienced. I ordered a double Bacardi and coke, but she mistakenly told the bartender "honey and coke." After we clarified that Bacardi is a type of rum, she brought us a shot of rum in a glass, but forgot the coke.
I love the atmosphere, the food and the customer service. It's a very good family, event or just single relax place.
Not so great. I will say the waitress was absolutely wonderful but the food.....not so much. Scallop dinner 20.00. Three scallops. Husbands pork chop. Raw in middle. Not worth the drive for us
