Calistos - Sun City

It took over an hour for our food. Instructions to the waiter was please do the chicken very well done. Food arrived underdone and then sent it back. 40 minutes later, after not being able to find our waiter we call someone else to assist. When the manager arrived ti apologize he then states “sorry it took so long, your food was not a priority as the grill was full with other order.” I’m speechless so the food we sent back was just sitting waiting for everyone else’s food to be cooked! Save yourself the grief, don’t go to this restaurant they don’t have a clue how to run a business. Why take reservations when the manager told us he never looks online for reservations. Why would you order appetizers when the waiter assumes that you want it with your main meal. The food comes after an hour when you go look for the waiter and he brings the cold food to your table. The sole fish smelled so badly it was completely inedible unless you wanted food poisoning. Their idea of Greek Salad is to take a regular salad and throw in some olives and feta cheese, give me a break. Only reason this place survives because it’s in Sun City otherwise it would have closed down a long time ago. As a Public Service they should really shutdown.

I was here 2 weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food and service that I decided to take the family for a lovely supper celebration. Such a disappointment and embarrassment. The food came out nearly 2 hours later, completely incorrect with pork and beef for a table that doesn't eat pork or beef. Removed order and tried again and then food not cooked through and then again. The manager Sol tried to explain but it just went from bad to worse when we also got the incorrect bill. Absolutely crazy to think the amount of issues you can have at one sitting. And to top it off on that night nearly every table complained. You have lost a customer.
