Great ambience and service , some really nice cocktails choices and different pizza options! Stunning live music too. I ordered the Bombay pizza which was really good!

Once again, I experienced terrible service at the pool deck, alongside a poorly presented and overwhelmingly sweet drink that claimed to be a Piña Colada. It really makes you question whether a trip to Sun City is worth it. When we brought our concerns to the manager, he informed us that his superior was aware of the numerous complaints but that they were unwilling to use fresh ingredients or replace the sugar syrup. Not a single piece of fresh fruit or coconut milk is added to their cocktails. It's truly disappointing. The picture of the Piña Colada speaks volumes.

I ordered a quick lunch before my presentation. Initially, I wanted a Parma Ham dish, but I was informed that it wasn't available. I then opted for a nicoise salad instead. The service was prompt, and my meal arrived quickly. However, it was completely dull, tasteless, and uninspired. My husband chose a Caesar salad, and he shared similar thoughts—it was just as disappointing as mine.

I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. The pizza I had was the worst I've ever encountered, both in appearance and taste, and it came at an outrageous price. The toppings were practically missing, and there was so much cheese that it ended up being a greasy disaster. I’m seriously disappointed!

Wow! What an amazing way to celebrate the Induction Function of #ChainedesRotisseurs #BailliagedePretoria! We enjoyed a fantastic island festival featuring an incredible seafood spread and delightful cocktails. Once again, the Palace team truly exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to Nicholas Forsythe, Chef Nicholas Froneman, Crawford Day, Chef Ricardo Nomdoe, Patrick Fisher, Johan Scheepers, Nico Myburgh, Peter Robertson, and Shaun Meintjies, as well as Sean Mann. Special thanks to Brandon Govender for managing the event and Liesel Isaacs for the organization and communication. We felt incredibly special and well taken care of. A perfect 10/10 for all of you!
