Starbucks - Sun City

Definitely got food poisoning from this location on Dec 6. My family came here yesterday and ordered drinks and breakfast sandwiches. I got the impossible egg cheese. Within an hour I was stricken w extreme nausea. I experienced all food poisoning symptoms through the day and evening. That sandwich was the only food I had that day. Never coming here again.

I just visited and spilled my peppermint mocha all over my car. I went inside to grab some napkins because I didn't want to bother anyone at the drive-thru. I also thought it would be a good idea to let them know to ensure the lids are secured properly in the future, but they didn’t seem concerned at all!

This Starbucks can be quite inconsistent when it comes to drinks and customer service. There are times when I leave feeling really pleased with my visit and enjoy great drinks, but other times the service is average at best and the drinks are disappointing. I wish they would stick to a standard recipe unless customers specify otherwise. The frappuccinos, in particular, vary a lot in quality. I didn’t rate the food since I’ve never eaten there.

This is how I was given my coffee. It?s disappointing paying full price and they cant give you something correctly. Starbucks is not cheap! I would?ve definitely let them know but I didn't pick up my order! 11/14/22

We had such a helpful and polite cashier/barista. This is a crazy busy store but the crew remained calm and were very effective.
