When ordering the person taking our order seemed upset and started talking in another language angrily as soon as we requested no vegetables in a dish (have done this at the Deforest restaurant where they happily do it for us). When we got the food, the teriyaki chicken was basically jerky and hard to eat, and the mei fun and chow mein tasted the worst we've ever tasted. Very surprised by this when the Deforest restaurant is one of the best Chinese places we've gone too. Don't recommend this restaurant at all.
Very bad attitude of owners with “take it or leave it” mindset, even though it is only a “hole in the wall” outlet. No plate provided even upon asking. Discrimination towards non- Americans is evident. And bad food, to top it all. Best avoided, if you have a choice!!
We placed an order online and was charged twice. Once by the restaurant and once by Grubhub. We picked up the order and was surprised by the double charge. We called the restaurant a couple times and spoke with the manager who said “ they would look into it”. We still have heard nothing back. This was over a month ago and we have called several times.
Found bugs in my meal. was very disappointed!! They offered me another one i did not want it! Never eating here
