Mod Pizza - Sun Prairie

I visited a bit later in the evening for some pizzas. The staff, a young woman and a young man, were both very friendly. I had a brief chat with them, and they expressed how much they enjoyed working there. It was clear they were a bit understaffed, but overall, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The employee in the pink beanie was extremely helpful and friendly to me and my children. I would definitely recommend this location! The service was 10/10. It was a bit busy, though.

Man I love mod. And this one is no exception. Great service at a smile and help me through every step. The food is fantastic and make sure to ask for mozzarella cheese on top of it as well as on the bottom helps to seal in all of the goodness. And don't forget the no-name cake it really is the best.

The customer service reps were Not working well together. It was hard as hell who was the manager tonight. They had staff and I think some they were training. There was water spilled on the floor and I pointed out when I came in. No one cleaned it up. All the tables are dirty in the front cuz they close the back half off again I think they were busy and training new people. Finally after about 10 minutes so he decides to come and clean all the tables. There's absolutely no camaraderie or fun like they normally have when I'm in there and they absolutely have something going on between them. I assume one of them was a manager and she was helping to scrub the floor but the floor was so greasy from today's events and they were trying to scrub it down but everybody kept slipping and sliding which made it even more dangerous I was just waiting to see if something happened. Our pizza was cooked and delivered in a fairly reasonable amount of time. Again when I requested they did clean the tables off. They were not many workers smiling. I don't know what was going on tonight but it's not but I usually see when I walk in any of your locations including this one. It was really disorganized.
