Food is amazing, but the employees are not fulfilling the order in a complete fashion. Twice now I have gotten home from a pickup order and no chips for the Artichoke dip. When I call to explain my situation I'm put on hold or being hung up on repeatedly. Being home I won't be going back to complete my order but I'm unable share the mistake that once again has happened. Management or kitchen lead should confirm outgoing orders. Very disappointing especially with the prices. The dip will need to wait til next day being there's no chips to dip into the dip. : Food: 5 Service: 1

Was in here tonight and have been before. However, tonight I waited 15 mins and no one came to seat us. No one acknowledged us at all. I guess service has gone down. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best kept happy hour! Monday Friday 2:30 5:30 all apps (excluding wings and tenders) are half off. I will never turn down a pizza here though, try the creamy pesto...it's the best I've had! As much as love SRP, the service is hit or miss, which is why the 4 stars. Sometimes things are fast and well oiled, other times you could wait an hour to get an appetizer. Today our waitress never checked back after our food and we both needed refills on our sodas. I've had several meals made wrong, or even forgotten, and not given a comp, offered to make right, or much of an apology. I've eaten here a lot in the last two years and the food outweighs the potentially bad service.
