Subway - Sun Valley

One of the employees gave me 6 meatballs instead of 8. I ordered 4 foot long sandwiches, 2 BMT and 2 meatballs. She dropped the knife and instead of washing it, she just wiped it with a very dirty cloth and then closed my sandwich. I asked to remake it because it was dirty, she said it wasn't liked, it just looked like it did. Then she gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience. Given that she didn't wash her hands before she treated my sandwich. I was in a hurry to fight, so I just walked. She also accused me of two sodas instead of the 21 ounces. I liked this place because they used to be fast, clean, funny and friendly. When I left, I didn't even get a hello or something. I have heard that this is under a new administration, maybe that's why it's a terrible subway for me now. If someone says that this subway is great, they are obvious and probably say so for profit.

My absolute favorite subway to eat, very friendly service. One of the employees was training so they gave me a free cookie to be so patient! The owner is really nice and the food was great. The bread was really soft and the whole meat looked fresh. In any case, weekly visits at this point.

It was sold to people who don't speak good English. Horrible Customer Service. edit. I could take pictures of the staff? Do not try to change my mind by lying on the Internet. Not one caucasian employee was in the building. The Sun Valley location. She even mentioned that she had reopened it 3 months ago among new owners. Any kind of bread was outside I can in depth with my review how the meat was still cold in the middle of 2 steak foot lengths, or as they wash their hands after touching money only changed gloves. I'll go back tomorrow to photograph the location. And employees. Because the owner decides to write lies. Thank you for letting me know that I wasn't honest enough with my 1 star rating
