I have a tip for the workers at Chipotle?if you are going to REHEAT an order that a delivery service did not pick up, how about you don?t cook the lettuce!?! My food was cold, but the cheese was melted? That?s a true trade of a magician. I know, long gone are the days when we got a free burrito to celebrate a newly opened location, or for voting, or for wearing a piece of foil on Halloween. But, does that mean the quality and service should also be a distant memory? If you REALLY REALLY REALLY have the taste for Chipotle, I?d suggest the fifteen minute drive to Delaware or Polaris. Whomever owns the Sunbury location does not want to stay opened apparently because they definitely don?t put the consumer, or the general guidelines for serving healthy, edible food first and foremost. The one star is for the location. Be better.
Food tastes as the standards but not served hot. They don?t maintain the temp. I got chicken bowl and chicken was too cold The serving table and the dine in tables of the restaurant both lack cleanliness. But yes they do clean it only if you ask for it. They lack management skills because of which they were not able to handle the stuff efficiently when there is more crowd on Black Friday. They do have everything they require in stock but was not ready to refill the empty serving bowls on time. I should say this, they do serve with smile and try their best to catch up with the orders.
Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. At 49 years old that says a a lot. Cannot be described. Highly discourage anyone from going to this location. Staff was horrible and disrespectful. Jake the manager was violent. Embarrassing for them. Unreal. Restaurant was disgusting as well. Had another patron insert themselves in an attempt to get the manager to discontinue his behavior. 11 22 22. To add to this as an update Natasha regional manager I believe is her title finally called. I explained what had happened. She seemed concerned. She said she was going to call me the next day admirer interviewing staff. She did call and stated she was interviewing one more person and she would call back at 2:00. I have called and left her a message 7 days in a row with no return call.
Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Place was not busy. Looked on the line and most of the containers were almost empty and the food looked like it had been sitting for an extended period of time. I asked for a burrito with steak. Was told I needed to wait for 5 minutes for new steak to be cooked. No big deal. My daughter asked for vegetables. They bluntly told her no vegetables, no one prepped them this morning and no one wanted to cut them now. The manager was beside the employee. I asked the manager if this was true. The response was I 'm off in a few, not my problem . Seriously? I hope the owner starts spot inspecting or using mystery shoppers to address and correct the problem. If not, there will be another building for lease soon. We love some Chipotle, so we 'll be driving to Westerville or New Albany for Chipotle from now on. Update 1 November 2022 Chipotle Responded that they want me to contact them via their contact page. Did that a few minutes ago. I 'll update with their response.
Wow. Amazingly bad experience with this location. Ordered online. Sat in the pick up/drive through line for 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up (I know I should have walked in) but STILL had to wait for them to finish the order. 8:30 PM on a Sat. Night? Worse both orders were wrong. No rice in either bowl. No fajita veggies in either. Wrong meat in second bowl. I knew we should have checked before leaving the parking lot. Called to complain couldn't get through the automated system to talk to the restaurant or leave a voice mail for follow up. If 0 stars was an option, that's all the crew deserved.
