Friendly staff and a large play area for the kids. Surprisingly the food was quite good aswell. Tried the schnitzel sandwich and the pizza and was pleased with both. Little bit of a mess as you would expect with a kids play centre but otherwise quite good. Hopefully with things getting back to business they will be able to put an extra person on just to tidy up and clean tables through the day.
This place is fantastic. Not as big as some places we've been to, but it has great thin gs for the kids to play with, slides, climbing, ball pits. The smaller kid area is also awesome. With a pensioner price of just $6.50, even though we live in Bendigo, we'd return for sure!
The thing that lets this place down is the staff. They are strict and rude. At every other play centre I've been to as a parent you are allowed on the equipment to supervise. Not here. Also it's hard to explain to a toddler why they cannot go on something due to this reason. There is a surcharge for everything paid on eftpos. I understand surcharges but on every single purchase. So try and purchase everything at once. Some of the toys for the younger kids could also do with replacing, Broken cars and toy kitchen. For the cost of this one, Crocs and others within 15mins are much better value. I have tried this place a few times now in case I caught the staff on a bad day. But apparently it's just the way they are. Surely somewhere that is meant to be to have fun should have happy staff?!
Slides are warped and bumpy, very uncomfortable for everyone. Is very hot with little ventilation. Parents are not allowed on the equipment, even to supervise. Staff are extremely strict and unfriendly. Also an excessive surcharge payment is enforced on ALL EFTPOS transactions each time, no matter what. First at entry and then for every purchase afterwards. A party pie is already too much at a dollar each, but will cost you $1.38 to actually buy it. Check your receipt as I was told only the lower price. Overall not value for money, there are many other much better activities to take your kids to.
