The Sunbury Catch Fish Chips

I have now tried several fish and chip shops in Sunbury, and in my opinion this is the best. I recommend the Special Flake, which I have grilled and it's amazing the quality, and the way they grill it up with (I believe) a simple egg white mix. You can taste the quality and freshness of the fish. Their chips and potato cakes are also nice. The oil they use to deep fry seems lighter and far less greasy than you'd typically expect, and you're not left with any heavy aftertaste. Last but certainly not least, every time I've visited the place, it has been clean if not practically spotless. The only minor inconvenience you may encounter, is a slight lack of street parking out front and nearby when busy. I highly recommend.
