Bonded Warehouse - Sunderland

We came to an empty bar at 16:00 on a Saturday, which was surprising, but I guess it's gone from the beaten one. the personal was beautiful, offered us a place (except for what was reserved, ha! and we ordered burger and beer the gin selection is very impressive, the beer just as! I could have two different sour beers that are beautiful and not usual, and the prices were reasonable. I had the chicken cheese burger that was cooked for perfection. the cheese could have been melted to a little, as he came out the sides as it just came out, the envelope, but the tastes were perfect. we had three hot sauces for £1, which is a nice note, the chipotle mayo was fab. the waffelfries were nice, but there could have been more of them at the price. overall I can't wait to go back it dog friendly, too!

I don't even know where to begin. My new wife and I had our wedding at this location on Saturday and I cannot stress enough how flawless the entire experience was. The manager/organizer, Matt, stayed in constant communication with us leading up to the big day and was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. On the day of the event, everything ran like clockwork. The entire staff was lovely and attentive to our guests, and the food was outstanding. Our guests also couldn't stop raving about how amazing Matt and his team were. The venue was beautifully decorated exactly how my wife wanted it, with no detail overlooked. Honestly, if we could give this venue a higher rating, we would. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to tie the knot.

Great place, great staff. every time I talked to them, whether it is online in person they were very helpful and friendly. I love the bingo revolution nights they do, always laugh. the burgers are really good when they try a vegetarian the notorious wfc

Had a fantastic Sunday dinner with my family at this restaurant. The prices were more reasonable than usual, but the quality of the food was excellent. It tasted like a home-cooked meal. The staff was very friendly and the beer selection was great. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

First visit to the Bonded Warehouse,well restored old building. Good selection of craft beers and the food is great and reasonably priced. Great to see the riverside buildings being restored and put to good use. Finally Sunderland is catching up with the Toon and making use of our many historical buildings .Well done Fat Hippo and good luck with this venture.
