Greggs - Sunderland

I didn't get to try the food, but the coffee at this restaurant is excellent! The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly moving out of my way when I needed something from the fridge. Service was quick and the seating area appeared clean.

I stopped by this restaurant while waiting for the bus and was pleasantly surprised. There was seating available inside the restaurant and the staff was very friendly. I paid less than £5 for a cookie, pizza, and a latte.

I stopped to pick up a chicken hand pie to go for breakfast on the train (I wish I had purchased two of those!). The southwest wrap was the perfect choice for lunch. The prices were reasonable and the food was a good value.

Lunch time. Only 2 People serving. Really!! Surely this is one of their busy times and the paying customers deserve a better service than this. Tables were filthy. Rubbish and cups littering the place. In addition there was filth on the floors. Not a very clean or well organised place. There are plenty of other types of places like this I’m sunderland. Think long and hard before you give this lot your money. There are many independents who I think would welcome your custom and money and would be s lot more efficient and cleaner.
