Oak Tree Farm - Sunderland

This is a charming pub with a delightful carvery. It's very family-friendly, which is always a plus. The staff were very attentive. The only downside was the long line for the carvery, but I expected that on a Sunday. The food at the carvery was plentiful with a great selection, making the wait worthwhile.

I had the carvery here, and it was decent. However, the portion of vegetables was quite sparse, which was disappointing. We arrived late in the evening, so it was mainly a chance to grab the leftovers. The pub wasn't too busy, the staff were friendly, and the prices were affordable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was wonderful. My friend and I really enjoyed our meal and ended up staying longer than we intended. Since we only see each other every 6 to 8 weeks, no one rushed us to leave. It's a fantastic place to visit!

For the first time yesterday, icy tree farm visited for a carousel and was not only very satisfied with eating, but also with the staff! was served by a girl called eve and she was extremely helpful to review about us and make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely return!
