Shiney Pizzas And Kebab - Sunderland

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. The chips were frozen, cold, and shriveled. The kebab meat was cold and hard, and the garlic bread was also cold and hard enough to use as a door stop. Even my dog refused to eat it! I called the restaurant to complain, but they didn't seem to care. I will never be returning to this place. I reluctantly give it one star, only because I had to.

I recently had a kebab from this restaurant. The meat was dry and it seemed to be reheated, making it taste awful. When I complained about the quality of the food, I was asked to leave and not allowed to return. The staff did not show any empathy towards my concerns.

I have frequented this pizza shop several times, but the last time we ordered, the kebab meat was not very good. We left a review mentioning that the pizza was delicious, but the kebab was not tasty and seemed like it was reheated. Tonight, we tried to place an order for pizza only through Just Eat, but the restaurant called to say the takeaway had been canceled. When I called them, they informed me that they saw my negative review on Just Eat advising people to avoid their takeaway, so they were refusing to deliver to me. Just Eat contacted the restaurant again and found out that they had canceled because they couldn't have the food ready. It seems that the owner cannot handle honest feedback, so be cautious if you choose to dine here and don't enjoy the food... your order may be canceled. I have never seen a business operate in such a childish manner before.

But hit and miss depends who's working usually get orders wrong when asking for specifics but overall nice x x
