Pizza City - Sundsvall

My family and I arrived in Sundsvall after a 13-hour drive, looking forward to relaxing. We decided to order food from Foodora, and settled on Pizza City for some pizza. After placing our order, we eagerly awaited the delivery. When the estimated delivery time reached 5 minutes, I went outside to wait for the courier, but unfortunately the pizzas never arrived. I waited for 20 minutes before trying to contact Pizza City, but received no response. I then reached out to Foodora, who provided excellent customer service and issued a full refund so that my family could satisfy our hunger. Pizza City needs to improve their service. - Dad

The pizzas at this restaurant are delicious, and the dining room is beautifully fresh. The quality of the food is excellent.
