Big Mouth Republic - Sungai Petani

I went to this restaurant on September 5th, 2022 for dinner. Our payment and order were successfully completed at 7:20 pm. However, our drinks and food were not ready until 8:30 pm, after waiting for over an hour.

The food was delicious, but the service was slow. I regret to say that I did not have a good enough experience to want to return.

1)Service: terrible FAIL..once go in unattended..me my family have almost 3 minutes waiting to be handed over via the menu.once confirmed to make the order, I must pass myself the Chit order to 1 of the waiter that just hang with others waiter, without paying: attention to the customers.

Went there a few nights ago and I wasn't pleased by the hype this is getting. Half of the food I ordered is finished, while it was only 9pm. Took them 20mins to tell me that it was unavailable when I thought the food was already ready. When my friends and I were paying, rude staffs were cat-calling us as if they have never seen girls before. Please educate your employees to be respectful towards customers because that could be charged as sexual harassment. I expect better next time if I ever set foot there.
