El Pollo Loco - Sunland

Worst experience. We should have left. My Burrito was sloppy and shattered. The workers had to laugh when the customers were waiting for food and order. If we try to order the checkout, turn around and leave. We waited another two minutes. We haven't ordered anyone yet. Back to checkout. The ice machine had no ice cream. My fist has to ask for ice cream. The worker didn't want to do a job there.

I recommend this place. Food, service and management are excellent. Management wants you to feel like you're part of the family. They take care of customer satisfaction. A week ago we ordered takeout and it wasn't our satisfaction. I called and spoke to the assistant, Tita, and was as impressed as she treated the situation. She asked us to come back and she would remake our food personally. Omg, how many times this happens. When we went back, Tita not only replaced our food, etc. She sat with us too. She wanted us to know that her customers are important and how family are. The manager. Rosy also spoke to us and repeated that they strive for excellence in this place. Good or bad experiences they want to know about it. We cannot say enough about these two ladies and recommend this place. Thanks Rosy and Tita for an exceptional experience.

I frequent El Pollo Loco but at a different location. The chicken I was served last night was probably THE best I've had in a long time. It was tender, it was juicy, it was flavorful....it was delicious!! ? They did forget one item but they fixed it. I think I might need to start coming here regularly. ? ?

The first time I hear El Pollo Loco doesn't sell red meat. I have the street tacs. Taco AL Carbon. I thought I ordered the chicken avocado tacos. I went up to get what I thought was my forgotten avocado, but I guess the cashier ordered for me instead of clarifying what I wanted. The AL Carbon Chicken was a bit dry to be honest. It came with some chips. Every time I decide to shoot this place for some reason, I will be disappointed.

El Pollo Loco is a classic fast food joint. There is no real ambience or fancy trappings trapping's, just really good food. There Is fast efficient service.. Really good chicken and great sides!! A must for a quick, delicious, and nutritious meal.
