I visited this restaurant for the first time after getting a recommendation from someone, and I was not disappointed. The parking lot was convenient, and the interior was impressively clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the woman at the counter was particularly helpful and attentive, even offering some great recommendations. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious and packed with flavor. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area and highly recommend this place to others. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Your tacos are quite good, especially at just $2 each. The highlight for me was the pastor, as well as the tortillas and salsa. The red salsa had a bold, smoky flavor that really elevated the dish. The tortillas tasted very fresh and had a strong corn aroma, reminiscent of a traditional taqueria. The pastor was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The marinades for the meat were decent, but the birria was a bit lackluster overall.

If you're looking for a great crunch, you have to try the crispy tacos at Penas. Just a word of caution: once you taste them, you might find yourself coming back for more! In addition to the crispy tacos, their chili rellenos and enchiladas are also fantastic. The food has an authentically traditional flavor. I highly recommend giving it a try yourself!
