Papa John's Pizza - Sunny Isles Beach

I only have my cheeseless pizza (they forgot the spinach) and bread sticks I ordered over UberEats. Very happy with the food. I live closer to two other Papa John's, but I always drive or command this place. Great, quick service with employees who wash their hands visibly instead of using questionable hygiene practices. Keep the great work, boys!

Bad service. Is that a fast food? Chain that takes 3 hours to deliver your order. In addition, do not call the place to ask for your order because it won?t answer. I can't seriously believe this service. I really advise you not order your order in time from here. Another pizza place will certainly be better than that.

The sanitary measures are absurd, after touching the mask and the box machine plus boxes the guy goes on to prepare pizza, it is absurd. I came Sunday at 1:35. I want to support local companies, but they must be clean and be aware that we are in quarantine. Also they do not use gloves

Waited approx 45 minutes for a cheese pizza and breadsticks, after 45 minutes my patience ran out I demanded a refund, The employee there this loud mouth (possibly the manager) didn?t like my comment, all I said is what takes so long to make a pizza.. oh boy he really made sure I understood that he couldn?t care less . Wow what a nice way to make sure I never drop a single dime at any Papa Johns. I hope corporate and ownership read this.

Racist store manager Brittney, will never return. She made rude derogatory comments and when confronted she was dismissive.
