Arroz Rojo - Sunnyvale

So it says online they are open. I go in person, there are people inside but the door is locked with a CLOSED sign. A man walks towards the door with a mask, dosent open the door and just walks away. I was so confused. I knock on the window and get ignored. I call the number on their website and explained what 's going on. She says online order only. I then asked If I can order in person to go. She again says online only bye bye then hung up.Wow where is the customer service? LolOkay i get it, I have to order online. But how about a sign on the door that clearly states that. And to the man who came to the door, how about slightly opening the door and saying I apologize we are only taking online orders it 's basic customer service lol. I will not be eating here.

TERRIBLE customer service. Absolutely the worst. Called to ask how I could place an order and they hung up on me, twice. First time thought it could be a mistake, second time... definitely not a mistake. Too arrogant for my business, nor for my team, who I was about to place a large other for. Stick to the taco trucks!

This restaurant gives amazing service as well as delightful food. One of the best restaurant ever. The drinks and food came out rapidly and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended.

Yesterday was our first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had great time with the attentive service, with the high quality meal and booze and with the decent cost. We will no doubt come back in a short time.

I ordered via doordash and cannot wait to go visit this place in person! The prices were very reasonable and portion size was great. I ordered the Chili Verde and the green sauce was some of the best I've ever had. It was not spicy but was full of flavor. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu options.
