Faultline Brewing Company - Sunnyvale

Faultline has been a favorite of mine for many years and it continues to impress. The food is delicious and affordable, and they offer a wide selection of tasty house-made beers. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are cozy and overlook a serene pond. What's not to love about this place?!

I came to this restaurant for a business meeting, but was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the atmosphere was. The interior was nice, and the exterior was even better. Today was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy the clear blue sky, mild breeze at 68F, and watch a few ducks from a nearby pond wandering around the tables hoping for some scraps of food. It felt like I was on vacation at a resort, sipping on a delicious German-style lager and enjoying some tasty rosemary garlic fries. I highly recommend this place for both the atmosphere and the food. The service was also friendly and excellent. It was truly a moment where life felt good.

After regularly visiting this restaurant with my wife every Sunday since 2019, today will be our last time supporting Faultline. We used to enjoy coming here due to the great staff, familiar faces, and consistent quality of food, drinks, and service. However, recently we have been disappointed to find that the overall quality has declined. The drinks are now too expensive, with the "Killer Margarita" tasting like Capris Sun with a hint of tequila in a small glass for $18, compared to a relatively good $11 **** Mary. The pizza remains the standout item on the menu, consistently good, as well as the beer. Unfortunately, the salads we used to enjoy have changed recipes and portion sizes without adjusting the pricing. The outdoor patio area is plagued by an aggressive wild duck problem, resulting in multiple instances of people being bitten, including my wife. The turnover of staff is high, and the personal touch we once enjoyed as regular customers has been lost. While the pizza and beer are still decent, I would recommend avoiding everything else and being wary of the pricey drinks. I used to recommend this place to coworkers, but I can no longer do so.

I had a great time at Faultline. A little bit of a wait but nothing out of the ordinary. The food and beer were great and our server Tony did an excellent job getting us everything we had asked for. My burger was great but could have been better with more seasoning. Our view was great too. We saw turtles from our table in the little lake right outside. 9/10 only because of the burger

The staff was not responsive. It's fun to go some places, like a pub, to get a beer and an app (1 app) for the kids and be told there no room, even though I could see 15 tables and assorted places to sit. Ya expensive, unwelcoming, and chippy. Never going back. This is my town I own a house in, I will be spreading the word this is no place for our people. Good luck your going to need it.
