Both were very delicious but the ribs didn't have much meat on them and were very difficult to eat without making a mess and didn't have a place to put the bones so we had to sacrifice a couple of side dishes. They also make a kimchi fried rice from the leftover broth. Servers are very kind and can see their smiles through the masks despite being very busy. Beer wasn't on the menu but there were a few lagers to choose from including soju. Very busy on a Saturday evening so expecting a wait for the first come first serve queue.
A small mom and pop Korean restaurant. It is small, but authentic! The service is a bit slow today, we waited a long time for the kimchi refill and tea. But I guess it might because they have a full house and a big group gathering. Other than that, everything is spot on. The food is nice as usual. The two of us is about $65.
I am so glad that Ive finally found a place that satisfies my cravings for pork rib soup! The soup was really good! The soup contains many pork ribs pieces, with some vegetables, and rice cakes. The pork ribs are filled with flavor, and cooked to super tender. AND!!!! when you are almost done with the soup, they put 2 bowls of rice into the soup and mix it into a kimchi rice dish. The rice ends up absorbing all the goodness in the soup and it is so flavorful! The seafood pancake was heavenly as well. Not only that it contains actual seafood, but also the pancake was the perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was seasoned very well with scallion and some other magical stuff. The palace gets a bit busy around dinner time but the staff are super friendly and helpful, and they try really hard to make your experience more pleasant despite the long wait.
Damn good food. Nice and spicy too!! Friendly staff helping out us non-Koreans on my food and drink selection .
I had a great experience at this cozy Korean restaurant! The lunch specials were affordable and the food was delicious. I tried the sizzling beef dish, which had a tasty combination of soy sauce and sesame oil. Although the quality of the beef was not the best, considering the price, I had no complaints. The complimentary appetizers were plentiful compared to other Korean restaurants. The service was attentive and friendly.
